In 2017, Amber began coaching for the Blue Steel Volleyball Club, assisting the 15 EDGE team her first year, and running drills for the 14U open gyms and tryouts last year.  She is looking forward to bringing her years of experience at St. Clare, her enthusiastic and supportive coaching style, and overall love of the game to the Blue Steel VBC 13U Blue team this year!

For 3 of those years, I was on varsity. During the beginning of my senior year, I was offered an opportunity to continue playing volleyball at the collegiate level and decided to continue my career at Missouri Baptist University. I have been a starter there for the past 3 years and hope to continue this my senior year. My first two years playing here, we have made it to the semifinals at nationals. In my first 2 years combined, my teammates and I only lost 3 games during both seasons. At some point we were also ranked #1 in the nation during both seasons. As for coaching experience, I have assisted in coaching the OTHS varsity team for the past 3 years.
